STEEP Services

STEEP provides confidential, community-based support as a registered CPOP provider. The services we offer include assessment, treatment program initiation, and ongoing advice and care for individuals experiencing opioid dependence, or other drug and alcohol dependency.

We deliver personalized recovery plans, general healthcare and long-term support to help clients improve and maintain their health and wellbeing.

  • Community-based opioid pharmacotherapy services offering support, education and treatment for individuals managing opioid dependence.

    This includes Buprenorphine (Suboxone, Buvidal, Sublocade) and Methadone.

  • We offer confidential support for alcohol use, including assessment, counseling referrals, medications, and referrals to detox or rehab programs—personalised to each individual’s needs.

  • We offer support to quit smoking or vaping with counseling referrals, nicotine replacement treatment, and nicotine prescribing.

  • We provide assessment, referral for detox or rehab, and ongoing care after discharge to support long-term recovery.

  • We conduct comprehensive health assessments and general health checks - including liver health, as well as screening for blood-borne viruses, testing for sexually transmitted infections, general health assessment and guidance, and much more.
